I am a Physiotherapist with a passion for helping those with aspirations to develop their talents in a wide range of sports. Prior to graduating as a Physiotherapist, I worked as a disability support worker and I will be continuing this work alongside Physiotherapy.
Since graduating, I have continued to develop my knowledge and skills with professional development courses such as Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping. However, I am a firm believer that these passive modalities only provide short-term relief from pain and injury, and for a long-term fix, the body needs to be strengthened and mobilised actively, in a way that the client can control and manage independtly. I also have a particular interest in the role of exercise in Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and Mental Health conditions. I enjoy helping each client to set meaningful goals and pursue new hobbys and sports within the community.
I am a Pilates instructor with a profound passion for assisting individuals optimise their strength, flexibility and overall well-being. I firmly believes in an empathetic and compassionate approach, tailored to each individual's unique needs. My extensive training and experience in Pilates have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide safe, effective, and supportive guidance throughout my clients' fitness journeys.
I view Pilates as a means to empower individuals, both during pregnancy and when facing physical challenges. My mission is to help my clients harness the incredible potential of their bodies and find strength and confidence in their abilities.
